National Meals on Wheels Day

National Meals on Wheels Day is the 25th August 2010.  Open Arms Care Meals on Wheels is giving every client on our data base a vouchure to redeem a free omlettte.  You just present your vouchure at 4 Rawson Street Bellingen and you will get your omlette. Office hours to redeem you omlette are: 10am till 2.00pm Monday to Thursday and 10.00am till 12 noon Friday. 

Open Arms Care Neighbour Aid has just started Aqua Aerobics at Macksville pool once a week for seniors.  It is a very low impact workout and is great fun.
