Life Choices

Adults with disabilities who are not undertaking full time paid employment or full time vocational or higher education (a person working or studying part time is still eligible, however places are prioritised on need and circumstances)may be given a Life Choices day program. Clients who receive this funding must be aged between 25 and 54 years when they start their Life Choices Program.

Life Choices enables the service provider to offer options to individuals in terms of more meaningful activities, including participating in community life. This day program provides greater flexibility and choice in terms of customising support to the individual’s goals, needs, values, age, life stage, health, interests, and other priorities.
